To verify your student status, navigate to Settings > Profile Verification. You will need to upload a clear photo of your current student ID card or provide your official university email address (.edu.my). Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.

Yes! Listing items on the Campus Hub Marketplace is 100% free for verified students. We do not take any commission from your sales. However, we advise all students to meet in public campus areas when completing transactions for safety.

Club presidents or official representatives can register their club by going to the Clubs directory and clicking "Register a New Club". You'll need to provide your club's mandate, official university recognition letter (if applicable), and select category tags.

On the login page, click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your Campus Hub account. We will send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
